MIRACLE ON 34th STREET

was produced in December 2007 at the Del Rio Theater in Riverbank. A Rio Arts staging, the entire theater area was converted to a 1940's streetscape to support the setting of R.H. Macy's department store and the story of one young girl's true belief.

This production used eight different lighting locations on the stage for different scenes, without a procenium curtain to pull. Electrical loads exceeded the capacity of the building from time to time.

Hanging mics were employed over the major positions on the stage, plus three directional mics on the stage and one wireless for the youngster portraying Susan.
